1.1 Service Provider

pjok3 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. User ("you", "member") refers to any person who has created an account on pjok3 or is using the service.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may be longer during verification procedures or in the case of unusual transactions.

3.4 Source of Funds

Members confirm that deposited funds are their own and that their source is entirely legitimate. If money laundering or illegal funds are suspected, the account will be closed immediately and pjok3 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses are single-use only and do not apply across multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• pjok3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, pjok3 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The pjok3 VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

5.2 Cashback Policy

Cashback will be added automatically each week. The cashback rate is determined based on the member's activity and pjok3 reserves the right to adjust the cashback rate at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
